"Big kosher pickle and a cold draft beer. Well, good God Almighty, which way do I steer?" Jimmy Buffett

It’s a decent attempt at an everyday seasonal summer beer, with a slight citrus feel that goes down smooth and has a bit of a malt after taste. Try it with a slice of lime for that extra citrus boost and a more tropical latitude attitude. It goes well with sitting on the beach or eating grilled fish or having some sushi.
I first tried this beer when I was in Siesta Key Florida last year (June 2007. Was I first?). We were at the Daiquiri Deck and I had it with a seared ahi tuna sandwich and it was one of the best lunches I have ever had. I believe this to be a very good beer for what it is supposed to be, a light refreshing summer drink, something that you can have five or six of while enjoying some sun drenched activity.
